A Python library that I made for spectral analysis of EEG in the context of DBS and DTI.
This library is a simple library that does 3D and 2D plotting of EEG spectral information. More advanced capabilities of this library include coregistering DTI with EEG in a “loose” manner that is sufficient in human-subjects studies with lots of other variables. Moving forward I’ll be implementing a maximum-likelihood based approach to doing EEG-based fitting of DTI structure in the context of DBS evoked EEG changes.
DBS affects a network of brain regions. Identifying this network and the effects of DBS is a crucial step in engineering next-generation DBS.
